SJP Property Management – Cleaner
About the Role
Casual position with the opportunity to move into a permanent part-time position for the right candidate.
- 4 days per week
- $35 per hour + Super
- School hours: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
- Residential cleaning
- Working across Huntlee, Branxton, Greta, Maitland and surrounding areas
- Paid trial for shortlisted applicants
- Provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services.Deliver consistent, detailed cleaning to private homes and business premises.
Work within a supportive team environment (2–3 staff per job where required)
Follow structured cleaning checklists and company procedures.
Maintain professional presentation at all times when representing SJP Property Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping floors
- Dusting and wiping all surfaces, fixtures and fittings
- Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and laundries
- Cleaning internal glass, mirrors and sliding doors
- Spot cleaning walls and skirting boards
- Emptying bins and managing waste appropriately
- Restocking consumables where required
- Using cleaning equipment and A-grade products safely and effectively
- Reporting maintenance issues or damage to management
- Completing all allocated tasks within designated timeframes
Skills & Experience Required
Residential and commercial cleaning experience highly recommended
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

-Ability to follow instructions and cleaning criteria precisely
