Newly created role | Work alongside the CEO | Help bring our brands to new international markets
We're investing in the next chapter of our business, and for the first time, we're creating a dedicated role focused on expanding Vitality Brands into the US market.
As our International Business Development Coordinator, you'll work closely with our CEO, who is leading our international growth strategy, helping coordinate opportunities across international markets, with a focus on the US. From researching prospective retailers and distributors to coordinating customer opportunities and launches, you'll play an important role in helping bring our brands to new consumers around the world.
This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who is looking for real exposure, meaningful responsibility and the chance to help build something from the ground up.
What you'll do

Coordinate new retail and distributor opportunities from initial enquiry through to launch.

Research prospective retailers and distributors, providing insights and recommendations to support international growth.

Prepare presentations, product information, pricing, samples and other materials to support customer opportunities.

Manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and coordinate actions across the business.
About you
You're commercially curious, proactive and love making things happen. You enjoy identifying opportunities, building relationships and working with a range of stakeholders to keep momentum and deliver results.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, you're comfortable juggling competing priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll bring experience in sales coordination, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or a related industry.
