About Us
Belconnen Veterinary Centre provides cutting-edge clinical, surgical, and diagnostic imaging services through a passionate and highly skilled team. Our sister clinic, Gundaroo Veterinary Centre, located on the outskirts of Canberra, is a close-knit team dedicated to exceptional animal care.
Both clinics are well-equipped with:
✔ Endoscopy
✔ CT (Belconnen)
✔ Full laboratory facilities

✔ X-ray & ultrasound machines
✔ Dedicated surgery room
✔ Outcall vehicle (Gundaroo)
The Role
The position is split between Belconnen and Gundaroo, with a caseload of 95% small animals and 5% mixed practice (at Gundaroo). Large animal experience is not essential. Our vets have advanced surgical skills, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to further develop their expertise. With a supportive team, excellent equipment, and in-house mentorship, our Belconnen Lead Vet specialises in fracture repairs, abdominal surgery, TPLOs, spinal surgeries, and CT/MRI imaging.
