Part-Time Supervisor Wanted at Smoults
Smoults is looking for a part-time Front of House Supervisor to help lead our busy café deli in Maylands.
We need someone with strong coffee experience, a calm floor presence, and the confidence to keep service flowing smoothly while supporting the FOH team.
You’ll help oversee coffee standards, manage the pace of service, support staff in real time, and make sure every customer experiences the Smoults way — warm, thoughtful and consistent hospitality.

Experienced in coffee and café service
A confident supervisor
Calm,hands-on and decisive under pressure
Great with people, communication and detail
