What to Expect
As Demand Generation Manager – Residential Energy, ANZ, you’ll be responsible for driving demand for the Residential Energy product suite, Powerwall Home Battery and Wall Connector.
You’ll own growth initiatives, including media, google advertising, conversion optimisation and broad lead generation strategies. You will build out prospecting campaigns, turning high intent, into high quality leads for our installer partners. You will work across the marketing team to support a variety of initiatives across channel, events, social, new initiatives and retail energy in partnership with the local marketing subject matter experts, where you will amplify programs to broader audiences.
This is a high impact, data driven role for someone who thrives on experimentation, enjoys the challenge of complex customer journey’s and wants to drive tangible impact and results across the business.
This role will require occasional travel domestically and Trans-Tasman.
What You'll Do
You’ll be responsible for a variety of initiatives including:
- Driving awareness and demand through paid campaign channels, driving qualified leads and analysing quality and conversion through to the installer network.
- Develop and support targeted campaigns to grow awareness and demand of new programs and initiatives.
- Build and Co-ordinate upper funnel plans in collaboration with Channel, Content, New Initiatives and Retail Energy marketing managers.

Detailed experience with GA4 and Google Platforms, strong understanding of campaign setup, tracking, optimisation and performance reviews.
- Build and test audience segments across channels

Work closely with global website and configurator teams, optimising landing pages and configurators for bespoke customer journey’s.
- Own lead nurture strategies, from submission through to hand off to installer

Deep understanding of customer experience principles, with a proven ability to identify and deliver service excellence at every customer interaction throughout the funnel.

In-depth understanding and experience in tracking lead quality, performance and attribution.
- Manage budget and return on investment justification for your initiatives
- Define and articulate KPI’s for individual marketing programs, articulating performance dashboard requirements and lead reallocation initiatives

The ideal candidate will be required to lead with influence to drive marketing outcomes, along with having a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring the Tesla brand is represented to the highest standards across every execution, you will be highly analytical, drawing actionable insights from campaigns and you can articulate and present those insights across various internal audiences.
- You will be a self- starter, who uncovers new opportunities and can execute quickly on those initiatives independently. You will be comfortable operating with tight deadlines with little supervision and at time ambiguous briefs – giving the ideal candidate an opportunity to shape growth across ANZ.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Management, or evidence of exceptional ability and 5+ years of relevant hands-on work experience.

- Renewable Energy experience a plus but not required
