As part of our continued investment in outstanding student programs, we are seeking an exceptional OOSH Coordinator to lead and elevate our Out of School Hours Service.
About the Role
Full-time, permanent role (Monday–Friday) across a split-shift schedule during school terms, with additional hours during Vacation Care. You will lead the service, manage operations, and ensure a high-quality program for children.
Hours:
- Before School Care: 6:45am – 8:45am
- After School Care: 12:30pm – 6:30pm
- Vacation Care: Full-day rostered shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing OOSH team
- Deliver engaging Before School, After School & Vacation Care programs
- Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and all relevant legislation
- Manage daily operations including staffing, rosters, budgets, and enrolments
- Maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and the school community
About You
- Experience in an OOSH/OSHC Coordinator or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF/MTOP, and NSW regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver quality programs
- Highly organised with a child-safe, student-focused approach
- Passionate about creating positive experiences for children
Essential Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Children’s Services / ECEC (desirable, not essential)
- Valid WWCC (NSW)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates
- Child Protection training (NSW compliant)
- Availability for split shifts and Vacation Care periods
