With a strong and growing pipeline of remedial and strata projects across Sydney, we're looking for a skilled tradesperson to join our team.
The role
We're seeking an experienced remedial tradesperson with hands-on skills across multiple trades. This is a varied, site-based role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and can work across a range of remedial tasks. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and durability of buildings we maintain and restore.
Key responsibilities include:
- Rendering — preparation and application of cement and acrylic renders to a high finish
- Bricklaying — new brickwork, repairs, repointing and matching existing work
- Cavity flashing — installation and remediation of cavity flashings and weatherproofing details
- Concrete spalling repairs — concrete cancer rectification, including breaking out, reinforcement treatment, patching and making good
- General remedial and maintenance tasks across active sites as required
What we're looking for
- Proven trade experience in rendering, bricklaying and/or remedial concrete works
- Sound understanding of remedial building practices and cavity/weatherproofing details
- Quality-focused with strong attention to detail and finish
- Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- White Card (Construction Induction) — essential
- Current driver's licence — essential
- Relevant trade qualification, EWP/working at heights or asbestos awareness tickets — highly regarded
