As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our customer journey, engaging with cutting-edge pre-testing equipment and dispensing a diverse range of fashion-forward frames. From adhering to healthcare standards to providing expert fashion advice, you'll ensure every customer interaction is exceptional.

The work involves managing the appointment diary, some admin work, general housekeeping duties and assisting customers with their requirements.
