We chose a different path.
We've created a multidisciplinary Playhouse where therapy is child-led, play-based and neurodiversity-affirming—where connection comes before goals, curiosity replaces compliance, and communication is celebrated in all its forms.

Your caseload may include:
- Autism
- ADHD
- Developmental Language Disorder
- Speech sound disorders
- Gestalt Language Processing
- Social communication
- Executive functioning
- Emotional regulation
- Early language development
- Literacy foundations
- AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
- Feeding and mealtime support (if experienced)
- School readiness
- Adolescents navigating communication, identity and independence

About you
You'll have:
- Qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia, or be working towards it
- A genuine passion for working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, strengths-based approach
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current driver's licence
Experience working with neurodivergent children is highly regarded, but a commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice is essential.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
