About this opportunity:
We are seeking energetic, passionate, and driven Pastry Chefs/ Cooks to join our award-winning Event Delivery - Kitchen team, working in our large Production Kitchen. You will join a diverse and supportive team who cater to world-class events held in our Convention, Exhibition and Theatre precinct.
No two days are the same and this unique opportunity will give you the chance to understand how to apply restaurant thinking to large-scale events. Our Kitchens focus on fresh, seasonal, and ethically sourced ingredients. Connecting the nutritional value in food to deliver the best possible environment for success.
We are excited to hear from both qualified Pastry Chefs (desirable) and Cooks looking for casual opportunities. We have multiple roles available where you can tailor how much you work, with up to 5 days per week available.

Required Skills & Experience:

Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.

Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may require some heavy lifting.

Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster including day, evening and weekend work with early starts and late finishes.

Certificate IV in Patisserie or appropriate qualifications (desirable)

Valid working rights in Australia.

You must be 18 years or over.
