Currently, we have a 12-month opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven professional to join the Financial Services Business Unit as a Financial Performance - Analyst.
About the role
In collaboration with the Manager, Financial Performance, you will support the assigned Group in achieving business performance through the delivery of a comprehensive range of financial and accounting services, including identification of business improvement opportunities in Sections and Business Units (BUs)/ Groups.

What you can expect with this role
-
Provide a comprehensive range of financial & accounting services within the assigned Business Unit, incorporating all budgeting, forecasting, business performance reviews, analysis and reporting.

Preparation and analysis of monthly financial management reports and Business Performance Reports.

Provide consultancy on finance and accounting issues as required.

Undertake analysis, monitoring and reporting on financial performance of individual Groups/BUs, as required.

Identify strategies for improvement in business performance in Sections and Groups/BUs.

Review and provide advice on capital investment proposals and the financial/commercial implications on business performance, as required.

Undertake additional duties as directed by line manager.
Your skills and experience
-
Degree level qualifications in accounting or finance or approved equivalent.
-
Considerable experience in providing financial and management accounting service in a large multi-functional organisation.

Considerable experience with computerised financial systems.

Relevant experience in budgeting and financial management.

Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office software packages.

Experience in using SAP FICO and other relevant modules.
