Senior AI Product & Solution Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Product & Solution Lead to drive our AI product strategy, technical roadmap, and enterprise AI solutions. You will bridge cutting-edge AI research with real-world business applications, leading the development and deployment of next-generation AI products powered by large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and intelligent data systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define AI product vision, roadmap, and technical strategy.
- Design scalable enterprise AI solutions based on LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and knowledge systems.
- Lead technical architecture and major engineering decisions.
- Work closely with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and design AI solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and technical consulting.
- Mentor engineers and researchers.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and research directions.
- Collaborate with founders to shape the company’s long-term AI strategy.
Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of research and/or engineering experience.
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.
- Excellent technical leadership and communication skills.
Preferred
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Systems, or a related field.
- Publications in leading AI, Data Mining, Database, NLP, or Systems conferences and journals.
- Startup or enterprise AI experience.
- Experience deploying production AI systems on cloud platforms.
