What you will be doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a skilled team across turf management, parks and gardens, arboriculture, cemetery operations, and vegetation management.
- Ensuring our public spaces are safe, sustainable, and beautifully maintained.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and community stakeholders to enhance and protect our shared assets.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in horticultural practices, equipment use, and service delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in horticulture, open space management, or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge across turf care, arboriculture, and vegetation management.
- A genuine commitment to safety, sustainability, and community wellbeing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a positive, high-performing team culture.
