Care Well Connect is looking for an active, reliable and engaging Disability Support Worker to support a 7-year-old NDIS participant in the Wyndham Vale area during the school holidays.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can build a positive and trusting relationship with a younger participant. You will need to be energetic, patient and confident supporting age-appropriate activities at home and in the community.

- Engaging the participant in fun and meaningful activities
- Transport, where required

- Supporting other participant needs within your experience and scope
About you
We would love to hear from you if you are:

- Able to follow support plans and communicate relevant updates
- Available during the school holiday period

A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services is preferred but not essential for the right person.
Contractor arrangement
This is an ABN subcontractor position. Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain, an ABN and understand their responsibilities as an independent contractor, including their own tax, superannuation, invoicing and insurance obligations.
Hourly rate: $42.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience, availability and participant support needs. Weekend or public holiday rates may be discussed where applicable.
