About the role
Coordinate referrals, bookings, scheduled appointments and patient records
Provide professional support to clients, patients and customers in person, by phone and via email
Assist clinicians, leaders and business teams with day-to-day administration
Manage calls, inboxes, payments, tasks and clinic reception duties
Deliver efficient, high-quality administrative support across clinical areas
Represent the Axis values of Professional, Caring, Independent, Outcome Focused, Quality and Dedicated
What we’re looking for
Previous scheduling experience in medical or allied health administration, highly regarded
Experience in administration or customer service
Strong organisation, time management and communication skills
A professional, caring and team-focused approach
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
High computer and IT system literacy
