The opportunity
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you'll lead our Continued Compliance Management Organisation (CCMO), ensuring our amusement devices remain safe, compliant and reliable while driving continuous improvement across our engineering operations.
Your impact will include:
- Leading the engineering governance framework that supports the safe operation of our amusement devices.
- Driving reliability and continuous improvement programs that maximise ride availability and asset performance.
- Championing engineering change management, technical reviews and maintenance planning.
- Leading engineering projects, asset improvement initiatives and long-term lifecycle planning.
- Developing a high-performing team of engineering professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Providing trusted technical advice to senior leaders on engineering risk, performance and future investment.
About you
You’ll be a qualified Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer (RPEQ or eligible) with experience leading engineering or reliability teams in a safety-critical environment.
You are a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving asset performance and developing high-performing teams. Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, transport, mining, defence, aviation or similarly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
