About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Neonatal Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to newborn infants, including premature and critically ill babies, within our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to neonates.
- Monitor and assess infants' health conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Support and educate parents and families regarding infant care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Essential Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant neonatal or NICU experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate practical certificate
Desirable Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification in Neonatal or Pediatric Nursing.
