Disability Support Worker | Noosa Region | Consistent Hours Available
Alya is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Workers to join a growing support team on the Sunshine Coast.
We are looking for dedicated, respectful and experienced Support Workers to join our team, supporting a female participant living in the Tewantin area.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured, person-centred environment where relationships, consistency and team work matters.
Female Support Workers are encouraged to apply due to the participant’s personal care and support preferences.
This role offers stable hours and the opportunity to become part of a dedicated support team making a real difference in someone’s day-to-day life.
About the role:
You will be part of a small team supporting a participant living with a neurological condition. Support focuses on daily living assistance, personal care, mobility support, behaviour management and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
Training and clinical guidance will be provided by our Registered Nurse to ensure staff feel confident and supported in delivering care.
Typical supports may include:
Personal care and mobility assistance
Supporting daily routines and household tasks
Community access and appointments
Working collaboratively with other support workers in the team
Monitoring wellbeing and communicating observations to the team
