At Kids Academy Runcorn, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our welcoming team in a Part-Time position, with shifts available between 6:30am and 6:30pm.
As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences, mentoring team members, and fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community. You will bring:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support fellow educators.
- A commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments.
