About the Role
As a Hospitality Assistant, you’ll play a key part in creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents by delivering high‑quality kitchen/food services, cleaning, and/or laundry services.
This hands‑on role suits someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and meaningful connections with residents.
Casual Roles Available
What You’ll Do
Kitchen / Food Services
- Assist with meal and beverage preparation and service
- Use kitchen equipment safely and maintain clean, hygienic workspaces
- Support the Food Safe Program
Cleaning Services
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, kitchen, and laundry spaces
- Safely handle equipment and chemicals
- Assist residents with cleaning needs where appropriate
Laundry Services
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and return personal laundry
- Label clothing and operate commercial laundry equipment
Skills and Experiences:
About You
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Aged care or hospital hospitality experience desirable but not essential – training provided
- Team player with strong communication skills and a caring attitude
