Position Descriptor:
The Assistant Principal - Curriculum (Mathematics) plays a key leadership role in driving high-quality teaching and learning across Elizabeth North Primary School, with a particular focus on Mathematics and the implementation of the SA Curriculum. As a highly collaborative school, the Assistant Principal works closely with staff to contribute to the Site Learning Plan and foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared practice.Through a coaching approach, the Assistant Principal supports staff to strengthen their pedagogical knowledge and classroom practice through evidence-based Mathematics approaches. As a member of the leadership team, the Assistant Principal contributes to learner engagement and wellbeing and shares responsibility for the effective day-to-day operation of the school.
