As an Operational Services Officer - Cleaner, you'll play an important role in supporting patient care and community wellbeing. By helping maintain safe, hygienic and welcoming health facilities, you'll contribute to positive experiences for patients, visitors and staff while working as part of a dedicated team.

Maintaining clean, safe and comfortable environments that support quality healthcare delivery
Following infection prevention and safety practices that help protect patients, visitors and colleagues
Working collaboratively with team members to respond to changing priorities and service needs
Delivering respectful customer service that creates a positive experience for everyone who enters the facility

Experience in cleaning, environmental services or the ability to quickly learn healthcare cleaning practices
A strong commitment to safety, infection prevention and quality standards
Great communication skills and a respectful, customer-focused approach
The ability to work independently, manage priorities and contribute positively to a team environment
You'll stand out if you have previous experience in healthcare, aged care or other fast-paced service environments and/or experience working across varied shifts and rosters. Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction.
