Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to established recipes and standards
- Assist in seafood, grill, and hot section operations
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Support menu consistency during busy service periods
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
- Relevant Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
