Nonda Restaurant is a fully licensed restaurant located in the heart of Gasworks Plaza, Newstead. We serve unique modern Japanese cuisine in a relaxed casual dining atmosphere. Nonda joins East Culinary Collective restaurant group, which operates some of Sunshine Coast's best reviewed modern Japanese restaurants including Soka (@soka.restaurant) on the Sunshine Coast.
We’re on the lookout for skilled and passionate Full-time Japanese Dessert & Pastry Chefs to join our kitchen team and help us create memorable dining moments.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Experience with plated desserts and the Japanese dessert/pastry section
- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/Patisserie (highly regarded but not essential)
- A passion for creativity, attention to detail, and delivering quality
- An abiltiy and passion to make creative dessert, pastry dish
