About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and reliable Landscape Labourer / Trade Assistants to join our growing team. Whether you’re new to the industry or have years of experience under your belt, we’d love to hear from you. The main thing we’re after is a great attitude, willingness to learn, and pride in your work.
You’ll be working on a variety of high-end residential projects across the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas, helping our structural landscaping team deliver top-quality outdoor spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with all aspects of landscaping and construction
- Helping with paving, retaining walls, concreting, drainage, turfing, and planting
- General labouring, site prep, and clean-up
- Using tools and machinery safely and confidently
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- White Card and driver’s licence (must have)
- Experience in landscaping or construction is a bonus — not essential
- Reliable, physically fit, and keen to learn
- Someone who takes pride in a job well done

Pay: $32.00 – $55.00 per hour
