We are looking for new additions to a team who support a member in Willetton WA.
The member is looking for a reliable support worker who can build a rapport and help support him in the life with the things that he finds challenging and getting out and about to engage in his community.
Knowledge in Autism and neurodiversity is advantageous as well as an awareness of the challenges of living with vision impairment. However previous experience is not necessary as all training with be provided. The most important attribute to bring to the support is your values and a positive attitude.
We are looking for support workers who provide proactive supports, who are enthusiastic and who have a passion for supporting others- This is not a passive care role but one where your day may be varied and involve attendance at live events. A keen interest in Karaoke, live music and events, movies and collecting would be favourable. Various days and times available.
