Dental Assistant / Receptionist (casual or part time)Location: Cabramatta, NSW
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing dental practice in Cabramatta.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and welcoming team that is committed to providing high-quality dental care in a comfortable and professional environment.
This position is available on either a casual or part-time basis, depending on the successful applicant's experience and availability.
Regular shifts will be available on:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Saturday
Applicants should be available to work these days, although some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilising instruments in accordance with infection control standards
- Maintaining treatment rooms and clinical equipment
- Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
- Managing appointments and the practice schedule
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative duties
- Supporting the team with general practice operations as required
About You
The successful applicant will have:

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous dental assisting and/or dental reception experience (preferred but not essential)
