About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering key transport and infrastructure projects, taking ownership of civil components from initial concept through to delivery.
You will work closely with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality design solutions while enjoying a flexible hybrid work model that supports great work-life balance.
Missions/Main Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end concept and detailed designs for geometric road alignments, intersections, and civil infrastructure.

Utilise industry-standard software (such as 12D and CAD) to review engineering models and documentation.

Apply Austroads and TMR standards to ensure full project compliance.

Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare engineering reports, and assist with technical specifications.

Collaborate with drafters, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

(Optional/Bonus) Contribute to minor stormwater and drainage design elements where required.
Profile/Skills:
What We Are Looking For

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

5 to 8 years of post-graduate experience specifically within Australian civil infrastructure, with a strong focus on roads and highways.

Proven experience working with TMR and Austroads guidelines essential.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 12D is highly regarded, alongside familiarity with TMR-specific design software.

Currently holding RPEQ status, or working towards it.

CPEng or actively tracking toward achieving chartership.
