The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the APAC P&C Director, this role forms an integral part of our business partnering team with a focus on our Sydney based Corporate Transactions, Tax & Tech Transactions legal teams as well as supporting the APAC Real Estate practice Group.
You will provide advice, coaching and support to Practice Heads, partners and employees across areas including strategic workforce planning, talent & succession management, culture and engagement planning, performance coaching, remuneration advice, technical employment advice and complex case management.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Deep HR business partnering experience gained within a law firm, professional services firm or partnership structure with demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships and trusted advisor status
- Strong business and commercial acumen with a clear understanding of the link between people and business strategy outcomes
- Agility in balancing strategic input while ensuring 'hands on' implementation across the spectrum of HR
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and provide coaching at all levels
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practice
