Competitive salary and benefits:

Base salary range: $125,002 to $133,898 p.a.
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating the operations and functions of the Office of the Chief Executive and providing high-level support to the Chief Executive and Executive Directors. You will lead the coordination of executive workflows, ensure the delivery of high-quality executive administration services, and support the effective management of organisational priorities and strategic objectives.
Working within a complex healthcare environment, you will partner with senior leaders and a diverse range of stakeholders to maintain effective governance, communication and business processes. You will also ensure organisational communication protocols, timeframes and quality standards are consistently met, contributing to the successful delivery of the Townsville HHS strategic agenda across northern Queensland.
What you'll bring
You will be a highly organised and proactive leader with demonstrated experience providing executive-level support in a complex environment. Your exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills will enable you to work effectively with senior executives, Board members and a diverse range of stakeholders while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in business, business administration, frontline management, leadership and management, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
