Roustabout Wanted – Join the Fergusson Shearing Team!
Fergusson Shearing is looking for a motivated and reliable Roustabout to join our team servicing farms across South Australia for the upcoming season, with interstate work available at times. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who isn't afraid of hard work and takes pride in being part of a professional shearing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Keeping the shearing shed clean, organised, and running efficiently.
· Picking up and throwing fleeces.
· Sweeping the board and maintaining a safe work environment.
· Helping with general shed duties throughout the day.
We're looking for someone who:
· Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
· Is physically fit and capable of manual work.
· Is reliable, punctual, and works well in a team.
· Is willing to travel when required.
· Has a driver's licence (preferred).
· Previous shearing shed experience is an advantage, but we are happy to train the right person.
