Strong Start Swim School is a growing, premium swim school based in Brookvale on the Northern Beaches. We specialise in teaching babies, preschool, and school-aged children essential water safety and swimming skills in a supportive, structured environment.
Our focus is simple: build confident swimmers through consistency, care, and high-quality teaching.
About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and engaging Learn to Swim Instructors to join our team.
You’ll be teaching a range of classes including:
- Preschool learn to swim
- School-aged learn to swim
- (Optional) Parent & Child (babies and toddlers) for the right candidate
- (Optional) Squad coaching for the right candidate
Shifts are available across:
- Weekday mornings
- After-school afternoons
- Saturday mornings

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident working with children of all ages
- Brings positive energy and strong communication skills
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Is open to learning and improving their teaching
- Works well in a team environment
Required Qualifications
- AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety (or willing to obtain)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Pay
- Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
- Ongoing opportunities for increased hours and responsibility
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
