About the Role
As Clinical Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Mornington clinic, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, efficient workflows, and outstanding business performance. You'll work closely with clinicians, front office teams, and patient coordinators to create a positive, high-performing environment where both patients and team members thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical and administrative team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, rostering, performance management, and team development.
- Drive operational, financial, and commercial performance through effective planning and reporting.
- Monitor key business metrics including production, labour, efficiency, stock management, and profitability.
- Maintain exceptional clinical, operational, and compliance standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first enquiry through to treatment completion.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and clinic performance.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous Clinical Management or Practice Management experience.
- Strong customer service and patient experience expertise.

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
