Pie and Pastry Production Team Member – Two Positions Available

Frida’s Pies is looking for two reliable and hardworking people to join our production team three days per week.
We welcome applicants who already have experience with pastry, baking or pie production, as well as people who are keen to learn. Training will be provided to the right candidates.
About the role
- Three days per week
- Shifts may be scheduled between 4:00 am and 3:00 pm
- Days and starting times may vary
- Located in Beverly Hills NSW 2209
- Pay rate of $26.55–$31.00 per hour, depending on experience
Duties may include
- Preparing pastry, fillings and ingredients
- Making and assembling pies
- Following recipes and production instructions
- Baking and preparing products for sale
- Cleaning equipment, benches and production areas
- Washing dishes and utensils
- Putting away ingredients and stock
- Following food-safety and hygiene procedures
- Assisting with other general bakery duties
What we’re looking for
- Experience in pastry, baking or food production is an advantage, but not essential
- A genuine interest in learning pastry and pie making
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for early-morning starts from 4:00 am
- Reliable transport, particularly for early shifts
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
