Production Operators are most commonly employed on its mining services arm.
Core Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate heavy mining or industrial plant machinery (e.g., dump trucks, excavators, loaders, crushers, or processing conveyors) to meet daily targets.
Conduct compulsory "pre-start" safety inspections on machinery before shifts and document mechanical faults, oil levels, and hazard risks.
Monitor stockpiles, clear haul roads, manage material flow, and load haul trucks accurately using onboard weighing systems.
Manage plant gauges, adjust machine controls, clear blockages, and perform minor maintenance or lubrication.
Adhere strictly to the project’s environmental mandates, zero-harm policies, and site-specific safety cultures.
Key Requirements:
A valid Australian Driver’s License and nationally recognized Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII) competency tickets for specific machinery (e.g., haul truck, loader).
A general construction induction card (White Card) is standard across all projects.
Generally requires 1-3 years of heavy industrial or mining equipment operation for major project tiers.
Capability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical evaluation, including ongoing random drug and alcohol screenings.
Pay: $9,500.00 – $11,290.00 per month
