We are seeking experienced NDIS Support Coordinators to join our registered NDIS provider on a contractor basis, servicing participants across Victoria and Western Sydney.
This role is ideal for Support Coordinators who are confident working independently, have strong NDIS knowledge, and may already have existing participants, referral relationships, or experience managing a caseload.
We offer a flexible contractor arrangement with a 65% to 75% split of the NDIS Support Coordination line item, depending on experience, independence, and whether you bring existing participants/referrals.
You will be supported with provider backing, templates, invoicing, compliance systems, and admin support, while having the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Support Coordination services in line with participant NDIS plans
- Assist participants to understand and use their NDIS funding
- Connect participants with suitable providers and mainstream supports
- Support participants with plan implementation and goal progress
- Prepare case notes, progress updates and reports when required
- Assist with plan reviews, change of situation requests and supporting evidence
- Maintain professional boundaries and manage conflict of interest appropriately
- Communicate with participants, families, nominees, support workers, providers, allied health professionals and other stakeholders
- Escalate risks, complaints, incidents and safeguarding concerns when required
- Maintain accurate records in line with NDIS requirements
The Ideal Candidate
You will be suitable for this role if you:
- Minimum 12 months of NDIS Support Coordinator experience.
- Understand NDIS plans, funding categories and provider responsibilities
- Can work independently as a contractor
- Have strong written communication and documentation skills
- Are confident communicating with participants, families, allied health professionals and providers
- Understand participant choice and control
- Can manage your own caseload and appointments
- Have strong ethical practice and understand conflict of interest
- May already have participants, referral relationships or community networks
- Are based in Victoria or Western Sydney, or can service participants remotely with in-person visits when required
Requirements
- ABN
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance, or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred
- Previous NDIS Support Coordination experience preferred
- Strong understanding of NDIS Code of Conduct and participant safeguards
- Ability to support participants in Victoria or Western Sydney
Contractor Split
The contractor split will be based on experience and caseload source:
- 65% split — suitable for newer or developing Support Coordinators requiring more support
- 70% split — experienced Support Coordinators working independently
- 75% split — experienced Support Coordinators who bring existing participants or referral relationships
Payment is made after successful claiming/payment is received.
