At SIMPLY CLEANING GROUP, we specialise in providing high-quality strata, commercial and office cleaning services throughout Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, St George and Sutherland Shire regions.

- Permanent Employees (Full-Time or Part-Time)
- Casual Employees
- Independent Subcontractors

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering cleaning services to strata residential buildings, commercial properties and office facilities.
Typical duties may include:
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping common areas
- Cleaning lifts, foyers, stairwells and amenities
- Dusting and cobweb removal
- Bin management and waste collection
- Glass and surface cleaning
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues
- Maintaining high presentation standards across client sites
Most shifts commence from approximately 6:30am and finish around 2:30pm, however flexible arrangements may be available for suitable applicants.
About You
We are seeking reliable and professional individuals who:
- Have a strong eye for detail
- Take pride in delivering quality work
- Are punctual, organised and self-motivated
- Communicate effectively in English
- Present professionally and interact respectfully with clients and residents
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are physically capable of performing cleaning duties
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in strata, commercial or office cleaning
- Current Driver Licence
- Ability to confidently drive both automatic and manual vehicles
- Current White Card
- Current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
- Valid Australian working rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or appropriate Visa holder)
Additional Requirements for Subcontractors
Subcontractors must also possess:
- Current ABN
- Public Liability Insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Cleaning equipment and supplies
- Mobile phone
- Ability to service allocated areas independently
