Our Opportunity
We are excited to announce that we currently have permanent positions available to work from our
Ingleburn branch for individuals who can show us they can live and breathe our values. We operate Monday to Friday but due to the nature of our client requirements, you will sometimes need to be flexible with your availability to work weekends, evenings, or emergency call backs to deal with weather situations.
About our roles:
We are currently seeking Experienced Operators to join our growing team. Based out of our Ingleburn branch, including:

CCTV Operators
- Robotic Operators
- Vacuum Truck Operators
- Pipe Rehabilitation Operators
- Experienced Offsiders looking to progress into operator roles
This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and skilled operators who are passionate about delivering high-quality work, committed to safety, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
-
Experience working within Sewer and/or Storm Water area
- White Card, Confined Space Entry and Safe Work at Heights tickets
- Ideally a MR or HR driver’s license
- Be able to autonomously work through the planned daily tasks
- Supporting team development and knowledge sharing
A hands-on role are for enthusiastic operators who think Safety First, with a ‘can do’ attitude and client focus, delivering consistently to a high standard. The successful applicants will operate a variety of equipment and continue to receive training whilst being supported to grow.

All successful applicants will be required to participate in a Pre- Employment Fitness for Work Assessment which includes a urinalysis Drug & Alcohol test.
