Our opportunity
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will support the delivery of Mirvac’s customer experience strategy by managing the end-to-end customer journey through pre-settlement, settlement and post settlement phases.
Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Journey Delivery / Customer Service
- Own and deliver the end-to-end customer journey for allocated projects, from contract unconditional through to post-settlement and beyond

Prepare and maintain project-specific customer journey frameworks and communication plans

Act as the primary point of contact for purchaser enquiries
Inspections & Settlement Execution
- Oversee and coordinate the CRM construction program in partnership with Construction and Development teams, ensuring alignment to customer journey milestones

Coordinate and conduct CRM inspections, valuation inspections and pre-settlement inspections
Post-Settlement Customer Experience
- Oversee the post-settlement customer experience, ensuring a seamless transition from settlement through to ongoing customer care

Act as the key point of contact for post-settlement customer queries and issues, managing expectations and maintaining a high standard of service.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with Sales & Marketing, Development, Construction, finance and external stakeholders (solicitors, agents, contractors)

Contribute to sales launches and customer events where required
Your point of difference
You have 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service roles (retail, hospitality) and ideally some prior experience in Real Estate or for a home builder.
You will also need a Drivers’ licence and access to a car to travel across our sites (south west Brisbane) and Brisbane CBD.
You will also have:
- Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to deliver clear, professional customer communications

Ability to manage customer expectations and handle complex or sensitive interactions

Strong stakeholder coordination and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience managing customer queries, complaints and escalations

Relevant tertiary qualification desirable
