Day Shift
Afternoon Shift
ROLE OVERVIEW
Your primary role will be as a General Hand crew member. This is a dynamic and hands-on position that offers a variety of tasks—no two days will be the same.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple production areas, depending on workload and customer needs. These areas may include:
Industrial blasting
Powder coating
Surface preparation
Cleaning
Packaging
This role may involve manual handling and heavy lifting, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Previous experience in the paint/coatings industry (highly regarded)
General handyman/labour experience (highly regarded)
Proficiency with hand and air tools (highly regarded)
Current forklift ticket (highly regarded)
Outstanding work ethic and attitude
Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
SUCCESFULL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE
Good presentation
Must be punctual, reliable, and available for shift work as above
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
A great attitude to work and helping others
Innovative thinker/problem solver
Keen to learn trade skills
