We're a fast-growing artisan Sydney-based gluten-free bakery supplying premium baked goods to cafés, retailers and food service businesses across NSW, ACT and QLD. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer network.
This is more than a sales role—it's an opportunity to become a key part of a business that's passionate about quality, innovation and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
You'll spend around three days each week on the road visiting our wholesale customers and developing new business opportunities throughout NSW. The remainder of your week will be focused on analysing sales performance, planning customer visits, maintaining records and collaborating with our internal team.
You'll have the freedom to manage your territory while making a genuine impact on the growth of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers.
- Prospect and secure new hotels, restaurants, retailers and food service accounts.
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
- Monitor customer sales and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyse sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Work closely with our production team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Represent our brand professionally across the Sydney market.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves meeting people and building long-term relationships.
- Has previous experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Is organised, proactive and commercially minded.
- Enjoys working independently.
- Is comfortable spending several days each week on the road.
- Can confidently analyse sales reports and identify opportunities.
- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence.
- Has access to a reliable vehicle for business travel.
Experience within food service, bakery, FMCG or hospitality sales will be highly regarded.
