HUSH Home Concierge is looking for a small number of experienced residential cleaners and housekeepers to join our Brisbane network as independent contractor Home Specialists.
We're starting with a carefully selected team of experienced people who take genuine pride in their work.
You bring the experience. We bring the clients.
We find and onboard the households, establish what they need, manage bookings and client communication, and provide you with a clear home brief.
Where possible, we aim to match you with regular households in areas that suit you, rather than constantly sending you to unfamiliar homes all over Brisbane.
What you'll receive
- $50–$60 per hour contractor rate, based on experience and progression
- Minimum 4-hour services
- Choose the days and general hours you make available
- Choose the Brisbane areas you're happy to service
- Regular weekly/fortnightly households wherever possible
- HUSH finds and manages the clients
- Clear household briefs and expectations
- Access to our established, efficient HUSH cleaning system
- Opportunity to progress into higher-paid and broader Home Specialist work
More than cleaning
HUSH is a premium Home Concierge service.
Some bookings are straightforward residential cleans and deep resets.
Others involve becoming a regular Home Specialist for a household — visiting one or more times each week and helping busy professionals and families keep their home beautifully cared for.
Depending on the household, that could include:
Cleaning Laundry Linen Organisation Pantry resets Household errands Restocking Light styling Preparing for guests General housekeeping
So if you enjoy looking after a whole home, rather than spending every working hour doing back-to-back cleans, HUSH may be a great fit.
Our cleaning system
You'll also have access to a residential cleaning workflow developed from 10+ years of industry experience.
It's designed to be body-positive, time-efficient and product-efficient — reducing unnecessary movement, backtracking and distraction while maintaining an exceptional standard.
We're not looking to teach beginners how to clean.
We're looking for experienced people and giving them a great system, great clients and support around them.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has professional residential cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Has an active ABN and is comfortable working as an independent contractor
- Is exceptionally reliable
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is warm, discreet and professional in clients' homes
- Communicates well
- Can confidently work independently
- Takes genuine pride in leaving a home beautifully cared for
You'll provide your own cleaning equipment/products and manage your own contractor obligations.
