Sales & Customer Service – Counter | The Bunker, Beerwah
Full-Time 38 Hours Per Week
The Bunker Beerwah is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service team member to join our busy trade and retail counter on a full-time basis. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in timber and building products, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be at the heart of the store — helping trade and retail customers find the right products, processing sales, and keeping day-to-day counter operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and serving customers promptly at the counter
- Processing quotes, invoices, and payments accurately
- Handling phone enquiries and following up on orders
- Assisting customers in identifying the right timber or building products for their job
- Building and maintaining product knowledge across timber, hardware, and building materials
- Learning and using our POS and quoting systems accurately
- Maintaining filing of invoices and receipts
- Completing end-of-day processes
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for customer service and a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with quotes and payments
- Confidence on the phone and at the counter
- Ability to work well in a team and keep up in a busy trade environment
- Timber or building industry knowledge is an advantage, but not essential,
- full on-site training will be provided

Pay: $34.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
