About the role
To build new and maintain existing relationships with School clients whilst providing logistical and administration support. Also oversee information flow between camp groups and relevant stakeholders so as to assist the delivery of School camp programs in a professional, helpful and timely manner.

Your responsibilities
Liaising with Clients
- Manage high quality client-centered service that achieves a pleasant experience for clients and promotes Youthworks in a positive way•
- Manage clients requests and needs through prompt and courteous contact and follow up whilst following Youthworks practices and policy
- Liaise with school camp client groups ensuring groups receive a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the organizing period of their stay
- Ensure all relevant information is forwarded to internal and external stakeholders as required and in a timely manner
- Work with those responsible for delivery of on the ground service to client groups to ensure consistency in communication and service delivery
- Conduct Centre Visits as appropriate with clients
- Coordinate the managing of client group’s lost property utilising Youthworks practices including return of relevant items and donation of non-claimed items.
Sales
- Identify opportunities to offer information and make product or service suggestions based on a client’s needs
- Work closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs and propose suitable services to meet these
- Prompt and friendly responses to all enquiries, regardless of delivery method, within designated timeframes
- Proactively pursue all enquiry leads as and when they are identified with the aim to secure their business
- Enthusiastically and routinely seek return business with existing clients
Administration
- Accurately maintain and keep up to date client records, booking information and visual diary interface with the CRM database
- Assist in building and maintaining contact lists for relevant purposes including marketing campaigns
- Provide administrative assistance to the Customer Relations & Bookings Manager as required
- Assist in the answering of incoming queue calls
- Meet regularly with the Customer Relations & Bookings Manager to coordinate and report on ministry under your care, and to contribute to improvement of future school camp quality and efficiency
- Coordinate with relevant Outsdoors Stakeholders in regards to school visits
- Work in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders (both internal and external as necessary) to ensure effective bookings with school camp client groups
Systems
- Accurately maintain and keep up to date relevant records as needed by Youthworks and industry standards
- Ensure all relevant reporting occurs promptly, is enacted as needed and filed accordingly
- Ensure that any irregularities in operations and systems are reported to relevant stakeholders as soon as possible
- Provide feedback on system improvement measures that ensure excellence in service to our stakeholders
People
- Assist in coaching Program Staff in their ministry skills
- Deliver camp programs including presentation of Christian content as required
- Conduct training and mentoring as appropriate to your Outdoor Education skills, specialization and experience
Additional Responsibilities
- Interact with participants / guests in a friendly and courteous manner and communicate accurate and consistent information as it relates to Youthworks’ policies and procedures
- Maintain an overview of guest feedback and in conjunction with relevant staff implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction
- Ensure that any irregularities in operations and systems are reported to relevant stakeholders as soon as possible
- Undertake other duties related to the role as directed by the Customer Relations & Bookings Manager

What we would really like you to have
Essential
- Current church-based child protection training endorsed by the Safe Churches Training Agreement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and to be flexible to reflect changes in priority
- Previous experience using CRM systems
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing strong customer service
- A systematic and focused approach to tasks with a strong attention to detail
- An ability to work to set deadlines
- An ability to work with a wide range of staff to achieve effective outcomes

- Personal Christian faith and willingness to work within an Anglican organisation

- Verified and Cleared Working With Children Check number for paid employment
Desirable
- Experience in direct sales
- Experience with planning and managing small to large scale events
- Sales, Marketing or Business qualifications
