About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of growing NHP’s presence within our Switchboard Builder channel. This role is all about building strong partnerships, uncovering opportunities, and collaborating with our broader BDR network across contractors, OEMs, and end users to drive project success for your customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and share of wallet
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Deliver engaging customer presentations across products, solutions and services
- Manage a strong pipeline and drive opportunities through to conversion
- Collaborate with internal BDRs to support customer project success
About You:
- Proven experience in business development or solution-based selling
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Electrical or industrial industry exposure (highly regarded)
