About the Role:
NHP have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Business Development Representative based in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have full flexibility and ownership in increasing NHP’s market share throughout our Switchboard Builder Channel Partners. Success comes from building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and partnering with our other channel Business Development Representatives who are working across contractors, OEMs and end users to help your customers win and deliver projects.
Technical training & support provided! At the cornerstone of NHP’s success, technical training and business support tools are high upon the agenda for personal & professional growth. With a variety of expertly developed programs that are both internal and externally produced they position NHP as a market leader in the field of staff training.
Other responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies utilising available marketing programs to drive share of wallet outcomes
- Coordination of customer presentations, highlighting products, solutions & service capabilities and how they improve outcomes
- Maintaining a strong pipeline and drive conversion to sales
Ideally you will have / be:
- Proven experience in business development or solution selling
- An ability to ‘listen to the customer’ & translate needs into business solutions
- Exceptional communicator with strong influencing & relationship building skills
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
- Effective time management & organizational skills
- Electrical or industrial exposure (advantageous)
