We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to design, maintain, and support our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure stable connectivity, troubleshoot network issues, and support LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN systems. You will play a key role in maintaining secure and efficient network operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily network operations (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Provide 1st and 2nd level network support
- Perform network performance tuning and optimization
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes
- Collaborate with IT teams for infrastructure improvements
- Ensure network security best practices are followed
- Respond to incidents and participate in on-call support if required
Requirements
- Experience in network support or IT infrastructure role
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching
- Familiarity with Cisco / Juniper / Fortinet devices (preferred)
- Understanding of firewalls, VPN, and network security
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network issues
Pay: $5,500.00 – $6,000.00 per month
