Who will you be working with? L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. The role will be reporting to the Tube Room Supervisor.
Where is the position located? Welshpool, Perth
What will your typical day look like?
A Tube Room Operator is responsible for the manufacture of metal tubes, one of the components of our heat exchangers.
Responsibilities:
Produce tubes needed for the manufacturing of radiators and oil coolers that come under Mesabi ® products.
Setting up tube presses and run tubes continuously and efficiently on our semi-automated tube machines.
Perform light maintenance on the machinery (i.e., cleaning and lubrication of parts).
Conduct all duties as directed by the supervisor in a safe and timely manner.
Must be able to recognise, report and rectify quality deviations once trained.
