Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients thrive. Your duties will include:
- Assisting participants in reaching their goals.
- Coordinating and supervising individual and group activities.
- Providing transport to and from services and events.
- Fostering community connections and relationships.
- Promoting independent decision-making and self-empowerment.
- Applying person-centred care principles in all interactions.

Requirements
To join our team, you'll need:
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential).
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience is a plus but not required. What matters most to us is your enthusiasm, passion, and dedication, and we provide paid training to help you succeed.
