Leading a small team of technical specialists, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities across the business, translating them into prioritised initiatives, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on time, and aligned to business objectives.
This role is less about hands-on technical delivery and more about leading people, prioritising initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of business systems and improvement projects.
You will act as the bridge between operational stakeholders and technical experts, helping the business solve problems, improve processes, and leverage technology, automation, and AI to work smarter.
Success in this role will come from your ability to coach and develop your team, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and maintain momentum across multiple projects and improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop a small team of business systems and technical (development, application support, and reporting) specialists.
- Establish priorities, manage workloads, and ensure team members remain focused on delivering business outcomes.
- Partner with leaders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and technology enablement.
- Facilitate project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.
- Drive accountability and performance within the team through clear objectives, coaching, and regular follow-up.
- Manage a pipeline of projects, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into actionable work for technical specialists and external vendors.
- Remove roadblocks, manage risks, and ensure initiatives remain on track.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-focused delivery.
You are a natural organiser and people leader who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and helping teams achieve results.
You may come from a Project Management, Business Improvement, Business Systems or Technology Delivery, Digital Transformation, Operations Improvement, or PMO background and have experience leading teams responsible for delivering technology-enabled business outcomes.

- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience with automation, AI initiatives, process improvement, or digital transformation programs.
